Today, the Gwinnett Place Mall Site Revitalization Strategy Team, a partnership effort of Gwinnett County, the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District (CID) and consultant VHB presented the implementation strategy for transforming the Gwinnett Place Mall site to the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners.

The team revitalizing the dilapidated Gwinnett Place Mall recently released a conceptual design that is more residential, with less retail and office space, than earlier draft plans.
