Gwinnett Place CID Launches Visit Gwinnett Place Mobile Channel
This new mobile business directory features the area’s businesses,
restaurantsand more at consumers’ fingertips
DULUTH, GA – June 15, 2020 – Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District (CID), Gwinnett County’s central business district and a hub for economic and employment activity, launched a unique mobile channel www.visitgwinnettplace.com. This completely revamped mobile first website features a comprehensive business directory of the area’s 170+ restaurants, businesses, services, hotels and more.
A mobile channel looks and acts like an app, but takes up ZERO space on a mobile device – and it can be accessed via desktop as well. The channel can be updated in real-time, making it easy for Gwinnett Place CID to add new businesses as soon as they open their doors.
Visit Gwinnett Place was designed to enhance a printed map that Gwinnett Place CID and Explore Gwinnett produce each year, but is easier to access, mobile-friendly and includes an extensive list of more than 400 businesses. The mobile channel also features images and slideshows of the numerous businesses in the area, and a quick link to Google Maps to easily find the location.
“The purpose of the mobile channel is to showcase the diverse businesses Gwinnett Place has in our district,” says Joe Allen, executive director – Gwinnett Place CID. “Many know about Gwinnett Place, but are unaware of all of the great businesses in the area – from some of the top Korean restaurants and bakeries in the South to large retailers and businesses like Kaiser Permanente. Gwinnett Place is definitely an area where you can discover the world in one location,” he added.
To visit the mobile channel, go to www.visitgwinnettplace.com on either your mobile device or desktop.
