Currently in concept planning and design, the project consists of adding an 8-foot sidewalk along the north side of Venture Drive which could one day connect the Gwinnett Place Mall area to the future Piedmont Pathway on West Liddell Road, a signature trail identified in Gwinnett County’s Countywide Trails Master Plan. The project is in right-of-way acquisition. Final plans were approved January 2026, and this project is in the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation’s queue for bid preparation.
