Over the past 10 months, Gwinnett Place CID has been working hard on new plans to improve our image and communication with the community. In fact, we launched and created a few new platforms and marketing materials to better inform you on our history and accomplishments.
We know the community likes to hear from us on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, but we also decided to launch an Instagram account in late December 2017 to capture and showcase the beauty of the area and reinforce how you can discover the world in one location by visiting Gwinnett Place. So far, we have featured our parks, restaurants, area events, meetings and more. Give us a follow @gwinnett_place_cid and be sure to like our photos!
- Annual Report
Every year, the CID compiles an annual report, which provides our partners, stakeholders and businesses that support the CID with an update on our accomplishments and a review on our plans for moving Gwinnett Place forward.
One of our main features in our 2017 annual report was our Vision 2020 campaign, which encouraged developers to take a look at Gwinnett Place for redevelopment opportunities. As a part of this campaign, the GPCID commissioned an annual economic impact report to help better understand the area’s economy, demographics and more.

- New Website
One of the biggest accomplishments so far in 2018 was the launch of our redesigned website. The new site, which is easier to navigate and mobile-friendly, has the most current content on active and completed projects, photos of the area and information on available space, redevelopment opportunities and incentives in Gwinnett Place. Since we launched the new site, we’ve also been updating our blog regularly with new guest blog posts from County officials and other interesting information the community should know.
